Shipping and Returns Policy

Where does 9BallsIndia deliver ?

9BallsIndia delivers in Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat and Jaipur. However, in case of any regulatory issues, we may not able to deliver at certain interior places. We recommend checking with us upon delivery feasibility before placing the order.

9BallsIndia can also deliver to any location apart from the aforesaid locations. However, such deliveries would be liable to additional cost of transportation, which will be intimated in advance.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is communicated as part of the product information. Our customers are the focal point of our business and therefore, we strive to deliver the products as soon as possible, though we expect delivery to be done within 3 - 20 days depending on each product.

Who provides the legal documents for entry of product into States?

There could be requirement of waybills ( entry document under Sales Tax) at entry checkpost of the customer's State. Wherever, there is any such requirement, the customer needs to provide the entry waybills to ensure smooth delivery. In case the customer is unable to provide the same, we will not take up the responsibility of delivering the products in such State.

Does 9BallsIndia charge additional delivery charges?

9BallsIndia offers free delivery on every product. Considering the nature of our products, in exceptional circumstances, there could be additional handling charges for delivering at difficult locations, which would be communicated to you in advance.

Does 9BallsIndia charge additional installation charges?

9BallsIndia provides installation services only in case of Pool/Snooker Tables and such services are free of charge. Other product are typically easy to install and we may provide guidance in case of any issues with installation. 

How do you track the order?

There is no online mechanism to track your orders currently. We normally deliver within the committed timelines. In case of any delays or enquiry on your order status, you can call us on + 91 7349 970 5199 or write to us at support@9ballsindia.com.

How do you cancel your order?

9BallsIndia manufactures and supplies game tables on the basis of specific orders received from our customers. Once the order is received, our entire manufacturing engine works to craft the best quality product for our customers and it is practically not feasible for us to accept order cancellation once received.

What happens if the product is received in damaged condition?

We have highly specialised quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product , please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.

In such a scenario we would need you to send the pictures of the damaged product and the same needs to be sent to us for our review before the delivery personnel has left your premises. The pictures need to be sent to support@9ballsindia.com along with Order No.

Our team will assess the damage and depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement. In exceptional circumstances, we would refund the order value within 7 working days if we are not able to provide a replacement.

Can the products brought on 9BallsIndia be returned?

9BallsIndia believes in supreme customer satisfaction and we strive to ensure that we are able to achieve the same in each of our product. Considering the nature of our products, it is not feasible for us to accept product returns, except in cases where they are received in damaged condition as described above.
