What are the payment options available on 9BallsIndia ?
9BallsIndia uses PayU's payment gateway. The various options available through this gateways are :-
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.
- Debit card for more than 50 banks.
- We currently support Net banking for 32 banks including all major banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, SBI, Axis etc.
Do you accept international credit cards on 9BallsIndia?
Currently, overseas customers and Non Resident Indians cannot use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders.
Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?
9BallsIndia does not offer Cash on Delivery options. Payments for all the orders placed with 9BallsIndia has to be made at the time of placing the order via online payment options.
Is it possible to buy products on EMI ?
We accept payments through most of the bank's debit/credit cards. The banks can convert the payment into EMI's upon request. You could get in touch with your Bank in order to check out the EMI conversion option.
Does 9BallsIndia store my card or account information?
9BallsIndia does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.
Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
9BallsIndia will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.
What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?
During the payment process using netbanking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the 9BallsIndia website with your order details which you can keep a copy of. Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.
What should I do if a transaction fails?
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Please ensure your Internet connection is not disrupted in the processIf your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days.
